I made this image as part of a campaign for the Vancouver luggage brand, Monos. Collaborating with the very talented Art Director, Santiago de Hoyos and stylist Jordanne Oletic, we crafted the styling, locations and art direction in a way that fit both the brands aesthetic and incorporated key aspects of my style, with street photography as a core key visual. I like to challenge myself creatively and in the case of this particular image I was looking for a fresh perspective to view my subjects, opting to capture them from a viewpoint above. The high angle in this case allowed me to fill the frame in a more graphical manner, allowing the subjects, their clothes and the products to be showcased as strikingly and timelessly as possible.
